This 2009/10 Fall- Winter season will be bringing us a sea of black. In order to spice all that black up, I would think that a strong nail color would be in order. These statement colors look modern and fresh. So keep that file and hand lotion close by, and show that bold side with one of these striking colors. Red, blue, silver, or purple, there is something for everyone.
