When Marcy over at chocolate and sweets company Chocolate Inspirations requests a review on a couple of new items my overall mood seems to suddenly improve by leaps and bounds. The stars shine brighter, birds sing, and well I''m sure you get the picture. Needless to say that it's been my personal experience that Chocolate Inspirations couldn't create a bad product if they tried. However, if they insist on sending their phenomenal creations for honest critique then far be it for me to disagree and I will happily continue devouring (I mean testing) them. Okay let's begin with theGourmet Caramel Corn.
In my opinion this very sophisticated caramel coated popcorn is pure perfection. It's sweet well balanced flavor reminds of of days gone by, but at the same time brings a clear touch of sophistication to an old familiar treat. The ingredient blend is smooth and the corn is crunchy and satisfying. Simply and elegantly packaged inside of a clear wrapping and tied with a lovely bright red ribbon I had serious trouble putting this treat down, but it was well worth a few extra minutes on the old treadmill.
Now, can we talk pillows, specifically Peanut Butter Pillows. If I could have listed two items as #1 quality I would have done so with the Caramel Corn and the Peanut Butter pillows. I quite literally had no restraint where there amazing morsels were concerned. New on the menu at Chocolate Inspirations, these chewy gourmet treats were created by Marcy's partner, artisan chocolatier, and mom Pam. Each "pillow" is made by hand in small batches and delivers an extremely smooth and delicate treat for the taste buds.
