I've been wearing Wolford Hosiery for pretty much all of my adult life. The rather high price tag is well within reason considering that what you get in return are stockings that are as silky soft as it gets, a very long lifespan (barring any sharp objects) and simply a very expensive looking leg that is glamour personified. In my book, that is hard to beat.
When hand washing, please put a little mild detergent on your legwear and squeeze it gently in hand-hot water. Rinse thoroughly but do not use fabric softener. Now your hosiery is once again pleasantly fresh, the silicone layer on stay-ups is free of residues and you will have the pleasure of a perfect fit.
I also really love the Wolford bras as well. I own all 3 of these pictured above. They are extremely well made and superbly soft, and so incredibly comfortable. Again pricey, but again more than worth it. Wolford at Bare Necessities
