A very simple, delicious, and elegant entree that can be put together very quickly!
Ingredients for four servings:
. 1 9 0unce pachage fresh fettuccine
. 2 tbs. butter
. 2 tsps minced garlic
. 1 8 ounce package sugar peas
. 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
. 1 (7oz container) creme fraiche
. 3 tbs milk
. 1/4 tsp freshly ground white pepper
. shredded parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Step 1. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Cook garlic and peas for 5 minutes.
Step 2. Stir in ham, creme fraiche, milk and pepper. Heat through.
Step 3. Spoon over fettuccine; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve.
