Ingredients for 2 servings:
4 ice cream scoops of Edy's Orange Cream Sherbet & Light Ice Cream
1/2 cup club soda (chilled)
2-3 tablespoons sambuca
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp minced fresh orange peel
minced fresh orange peel
Preparation:
Step 1. Divide ice cream between two chilled stemmed glasses
Step 2. Combine club soda, sambuca, orange juice, and 1 teaspoon minced orange peel; Pour over ice cream
Step 3. Garnish with additional orange peel
