Oven Roasted Potato Wedges



Easy, fast, delicious, healthy, and sure to be a crowd pleaser!








Ingredients for 32 wedges:
4 Idaho baking potatoes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Step 1. Scrub potatoes; cut each potato into 8 wedges.
Step 2. In a large mixing bowl toss wedges with remaining ingredients.
Step 3. Place wedges in a single layer on parchment-lined baking sheets, and roast in a 425 F oven until tender (30-40 minutes) turning once.
Step 4. Remove from oven, place on serving platter.
