Easy, warm, and calming...........
Ingredients:
. 1 tablespoon white miso paste
. 1 cup boiling water
. 3 tablespoons small cubes of Mori Nu soft tofu
. 3 tablespoons sliced green onion
. 1/4 cup spinach leaves
Preparation:Step 1. Place miso in bowl.
Step 2. Add a 1/4 of a cup of the boiling water and stir to make a paste.
Step 3. Stir in remaining water and all remaining ingredients.
Step 4. Serve immediately.
