Coconut Ambrosia Salad




An elegant, very simple, and delicious treat. This  would be perfect along side of a flourless chocolate cake and some fabulous cappuccino.



Ingredients for 12 servings:
1 11oz can of mandarin oranges
1 8oz can of crushed pineapple drained
3 1/2 cups whipped topping
2 cups shredded coconut
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 cup maraschino cherries
Preparation:
Step 1. In a large bowl combine the oranges, pineapple, coconut, whipped topping, coconut, marshmallows, and milk.
Step 2. Mix together well and chill for 1 hour.
Step 3. Garnish with cherries and serve.
