Easy & Delicious Fruit Filled Croissants
Fruit Filled Croissants
A delicious treat that would be great for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 (3.5 ounce) package French Vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp vanilla
6 large croissants
1 large zipper closure food storage bag
6-7 strawberries sliced lengthwise
1 6oz package raspberries &1 6oz package blueberries
powdered sugar
Preparation:
Step 1. Using an electric mixer on high, beat cream, vanilla, and and pudding on high for 1 minute.
Step 2. Slice croissants in half lengthwise.
Step 3. Fill the plastic bag with the pudding mixture and seal. Cut one of the bottom corners off.
Step 4. Pipe the filling into the bottom halves of the croissants.
Step 5. Arrange 5 strawberries, 5 raspberries, and 7 blueberries over filling. Cover with top of croissant and sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
